Flame Retardent(FR) PVC Insulated Copper Conductor (Unsheathed) Cables

provides flame retardant wires for Indian homes, covering each and every application. Wires are manufactured using 99.97% pure electrolytic grade, bright annealed bare copper, with 102% conductivity. The bunched conductors are insulated with specially formulated FR PVC compound with high insulation resistance value.

Flame retardant properties enable the cable to withstand overload. The insulation is resistant to boiling water, heat, oil and UV light.

FEATURES

  • Approval : IS 694:2010 marked
  • Conductor : Plain annealed as per IS: 8130-2013
  • Insulation : IS:5831, FR with RoHS, Anti Rodent, Anti Termite
  • Marking : Cables are printed with marking of Victoria (Size Sq.mm) 1100V
  • Colours : Red, Yellow. Green, Black running along the cable length (Other colours as per prior request)
  • Packing : 90 mrts in protected catons. Project Packing of 180 mrts in poly pack.
* Conductor shall be Class-II for 1.0,1.5 & 2.5 Sq.mm & for other size shall be Class-5
  • Limited Oxygen Index IS 10810 (Part 58) >29%
  • Limited Temp. Index IS 10810 (Part 64) >2500C
